Our RedRock RV Park Web Page Slideshow which is at the top of our web pages draws from a collection of many images photographed by our resident photographer, James "Newt" Perdue and stored on Amazon's Simple Storage Service servers (S3). We are adding to the collection all the time. They include the area in Sawtelle Meadows (where the park is situated), Henry's Lake, Island Park, Red Rock National Wildlife Refuge, the Madison River Valley and, of course, Yellowstone National Park to our East and the Red Rock Lakes National Wildlife Refuge to our West. This encompasses three states but only about a radius of 30 miles from our Park.

Each time you visit our web page, we select a different set of 20 images to continuously display. To display a different set of 20 images, just refresh the web page with your browser. The display is limited to 20 at a time to avoid charging you with a lot of download time that might not be appreciated. Every time you come to our home page you should see different images. (Though you'll see a lot of repeats too since it currently has no memory of what you've seen before.)

The first time an image downloads, it stores itself into your browsers' cache so that it doesn't have to download from the Internet again. Therefore, the first time through, it might be a little slower.
